%X This dataset includes changes in water and sediment data detected by major hydrological stations in the Yellow River Basin from 2015 to 2019. This dataset is mainly sourced from the Yellow River Sediment Bulletin of the Yellow River Network from 2015 to 2019. The hydrological stations in the dataset are located in areas such as Tangnaihai, Lanzhou, Shizuishan, Toudao Guai, Longmen, Tongguan, Sanmenxia, Xiaolangdi, Huayuankou, Gaocun, Aishan, and Lijin. The data mainly includes annual sediment discharge (in billions of tons) and annual sediment concentration (in kilograms per cubic meter)
