AB  - Seven slope positions, i.e. under leeward slope, in leeward slope, on leeward slope, hill top, on windward slope, in windward slope and under windward slope, are set on the selected mobile dune, and one 50cm slope is set perpendicular to the slope direction × 20cm survey quadrat. (1) In March 2017, three parts of soil were taken from each slope and mixed well and brought back to the laboratory for seed germination experiment. (2) The species richness, community coverage and community density of seedlings and adults were investigated in each survey quadrat from April to August 2017.
