TY - Data T1 - Survey data of planktonic bacteria community structure in the coastal waters of the Great Wall Station of the 28th China Antarctic expedition A1 - He jianfeng DO - 10.12072/ncdc.agw.db3455.2023 PY - 2020 DA - 2020-12-29 PB - National Cryosphere Desert Data Center AB - Planktonic bacteria are an important component of marine ecosystems. We conducted a survey on the composition of surface planktonic bacterial communities at 10 stations near the Great Wall Station, including the Great Wall Bay and Adelaide Bay, in December 2011. The results showed that the dominant groups were Bacteroidetes, Alphaproteobacteria, and Gammaproteobacteria.
