On this basis, the prediction model of frozen soil shaft lining was established, and the prediction and evaluation method of frozen soil shaft lining stability was proposed. From April 20, 2018 to April 20, 2019, the triaxial compressive strength of Mohe permafrost and Dongying permafrost under different buried depth, temperature and confining pressure was measured by using low-temperature triaxial test device. It is used to study the variation of mechanical parameters of permafrost with temperature and confining pressure, and establish the prediction model of geotechnical engineering mechanical parameters of permafrost
