TY - Data T1 - Remote sensing experiment of Heihe Ecological Hydrology: the box soil respiration observation data set in the middle reaches of Heihe River Basin (2012) A1 - Ma mingguo A1 - Wang Xufeng DO - 10.12072/ncdc.nieer.db3530.2023 PY - 2021 DA - 2021-08-31 PB - National Cryosphere Desert Data Center AB - During the aerial remote sensing experiment in the middle reaches in 2012, the "closed box gas chromatography" was used to measure soil respiration on different underlying surfaces in the middle reaches, and six different underlying surfaces including farmland, orchard, wetland, desert, Gobi and desert were selected for measurement. Observation instrument: Assimilation box, Institute of environment and engineering, cold and arid areas, Chinese Academy of Sciences. Measurement method: The assimilation box consists of two parts: base and box. The base is made of PVC material, and the lower end is buried in the soil. The box part is a cube made of stainless steel with an opening on one side. When measuring, cover the box on the base, use the syringe to extract the gas sample in the box, inject the extracted gas into the gas sampling bag, transport it back to the laboratory to analyze the CO2 concentration, and measure it by gas chromatography in the Institute of Botany, Chinese Academy of Sciences. The soil respiration rate was calculated according to the change of concentration. Set 3 repetitions for each measuring point. The first sample shall be taken after the box is closed for 5 minutes, and then the sample shall be taken every 10 minutes, a total of 4 times. Data content: The data content includes header file information, three repeated observations every 10 days and the average. Observation location: Gobi (ec19), wetland (ec22), desert (ec21), desert (EC20), orchard (ec17), corn (ec15) Observation time: 2012-6-16; 2012-6-28; 2012-7-9; 2012-7-18; 2012-7-30; 2012-8-11; 2012-8-21; 2012-9-2; 2012-9-13; 2012-9-22。 DB - NCDC UR - http://www.ncdc.ac.cn/portal/metadata/38c9e6f4-b847-41e8-9f1c-b90b8c5b87dd ER -
