%X The genetic adaptability of shamisha environment was analyzed by rad population sequencing. After SNP calling and quality control of the obtained data, 6124 SNPs were finally obtained. Combined with the downloaded ecological factor data of worldclim database version 1.4 (1950 – 2000), Sam β Ada Software carried out the correlation analysis between SNP diversity and environmental factors, determined the correlation through g-scores > 0.0001, and obtained the SNP related to Sami environmental adaptability.
