TY - Data T1 - Methane absorption dataset for the entire year after a 5-year warming experiment in the alpine meadow ecosystem of the Qinghai Tibet Plateau A1 - Wang Jinsong DO - 10.5061/dryad.gtht76hp4 PY - 2024 DA - 2024-01-26 PB - National Cryosphere Desert Data Center AB - Significant warming during non growing seasons and changes in soil freeze-thaw cycles can significantly alter the net exchange rate of methane (CH4) between soil and atmosphere. However, the extent to which warming affects and drives the absorption of CH at different stages of the F-T cycle in cold alpine ecosystems is still unclear, and alpine ecosystems have been found to be net sinks of atmospheric CH. This dataset represents the daily CH absorption of the alpine grassland ecosystem on the Qinghai Tibet Plateau for the whole year after 5 years of warming experiments, including control, low-level warming treatment (5 cm soil depth+2.4 ℃), and high-level warming treatment (5 cm soil depth+4.5 ℃).
