%X This data is provided by the State Key Laboratory of Cryospheric Science, Institute of Cold and Drought Research, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and provided by the Qinghai Tibet Plateau Cryosphere Observation and Test Research Station, which observed the frozen soil active layer in Hoh Xil region of the Qinghai Tibet Plateau and measured by professional observation probes. The data includes daily data from 2003 to 2006. Detailed analysis of the data: SOIL T is the soil temperature, and the unit is Celsius (℃); WATER is soil moisture, unit: (/cm ^ 3)
