AB  - & emsp; Carbonate deposition is the main inorganic carbon sink in lakes, which changes with climate change and dynamic changes in lakes. The study of the relationship between lake carbonate and climate will help to understand the mechanism of carbon cycle in the lake system. Juyeze is a terminal lake in a typical inland basin in China's arid region. This data measured the particle size, carbonate content and mineralogical composition of sediment samples at different locations of Juyeze.
