%X <p>This data is provided by the State Key Laboratory of Cryospheric Science, Institute of Cold and Drought Research, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and provided by the Qinghai Tibet Plateau Cryosphere Observation and Test Research Station. The active layer of frozen soil in the Kaixinling region of the Qinghai Tibet Plateau is observed and measured by the active layer observation probe. The data is daily data from 2003 to 2006.
