TY - Data T1 - Chlorophyll Data of Great Wall Station in the 30th Chinese Antarctic Expedition in 2013/2014 A1 - Gao Shengquan DO - 10.12072/ncdc.agw.db3369.2023 PY - 2020 DA - 2020-12-29 PB - National Cryosphere Desert Data Center AB - In February 2014, seawater samples were collected from 10 stations near Great Wall Bay and Ardley Cove at the Great Wall Station in Antarctica. The filtered water samples were analyzed using a Downer analyzer to obtain chlorophyll data. Studying the amount of chlorophyll in seawater is an indicator for understanding the distribution of basic production of marine resources. Chlorophyll is a type of green pigment found in higher plants and all other organisms capable of photosynthesis. Chlorophyll is divided into chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b, chlorophyll c, chlorophyll d, chlorophyll f, protochlorophyll, and bacterial chlorophyll DB - NCDC UR - http://www.ncdc.ac.cn/portal/metadata/bd423987-1d98-4850-b314-43bbedce938b ER -
