%X The data set is 1:700000 land cover data of Qinghai Province in Northwest China in 2005. A hierarchical land cover classification system is used for the data. The first level of the classification system is consistent with the IPCC system, including 6 categories (woodland, grassland, wetland, cultivated land, artificial surface and others). The second level of the classification system adopts 38 types with global uniform code generated by FAO's LCCs.
