%X <p>This data set is the active layer data of Wuli permafrost in Yushu Prefecture, Qinghai Province from 1999 to 2006. The soil temperature data at different depths are recorded in detail. SOIL T is the soil temperature, in degrees Celsius (℃). WATER is the soil moisture, in%. The data is measured by the deployed active layer observation probe, and the original data is obtained by data acquisition, and collected and sorted manually.
