    "ds_abstract": "<p>本数据集为2011-2020年辛店沟流域雨量站降水观测数据。辛店沟流域位于陕西省榆林市绥德县，属于无定河一级支流。此流域布设试验场一个雨量站，使用DSJ2型虹吸式自记雨量计和口径为20cm的SM1型普通雨量计进行平行观测，自记雨量计故障时用普通雨量计代替。数据包括流域站网布设图、逐日降水量表、降水量摘录表、各时段最大降水量表（1）。辛店沟流域雨量站基本情况等详见《辛店沟流域2011-2020年情况说明》。</p>",

    "ds_process_way": "<p>降水量观测仪器有DSJ2型虹吸式自记雨量计和口径为20cm的SM1型普通雨量计。DSJ2型自记雨量计采用24段制进行汛期观测，SM1型普通雨量计采用8时、20时两段制进行全年观测，在自记雨量计出现故障的情况下，用普通雨量计观测资料进行补充。主要观测降水起止时间，统计降水量，当降水间歇时间大于15min，间歇前后作为两次降水进行观测，当间歇时间小于15min则作为一次降水观测记载，如果一次降水跨过8时、20时，应在8时、20时加测。</p>",
