    "ds_process_way": "<p>人工定时观测，非汛期基流采用2段制，即8时、20时各观测一次；汛期基流采用4段制，即2时、8时、14时、20时各观测一次，汛期时段6～9月。\n（1）水位观测：在抛物线量水堰上部左侧设侧壁式水尺组观测水尺编号、水尺读数。汛期、非汛期基流定时观测，洪水期或者水位变化急剧期，在读取控制起涨、峰顶、落平和其它水位涨落重要转折点水位的前提下，大致按水位变化均匀布设测次，峰顶附近不少于3次，一般单峰不少于11次，落平后30min到1.0h观测一次，要求能测得各次峰、谷和完整的水位变化过程。（2）泥沙观测 ： 采用水边一点法取沙。洪水期取沙次数以能控制住含沙量变化过程为原则，水沙峰不一致或含沙量变化剧烈时，测次需适当增加。水样处理全部采用置换法处理。（3）流量计算：用观测水位推算流量，计算公式为Q=20.89H²，Q:流量，单位：m³/s;H:水位，单位：m。（4）含沙量计算：用公式p=ws/v*1000计算含沙量，p：实测含沙量，单位：kg/m³； v：水样容积，单位：cm³；ws：水样中干沙重，单位：g。</p>",
