The observation time was 10:00-14:36 Beijing time (BJT) on March 23, 2008;\n</p>\n<p>  3) Observation of snow surface spectral characteristics (measured by ASD spectrometer of Xinjiang Meteorological Bureau).\n</p>\n<p>  The above measurements are made in a relatively flat open space next to the hydrological section of Binggou small watershed.
