    "ds_source": "<p>&emsp;&emsp;单次激发（SS）回波平面成像（EPI）是临床上常用的弥散加权成像（DWI）方法。单次激发扩散加权EPI（SS-DWEPI）极限的几何畸变在精密放射治疗中的应用。我们的目的是调查使用多路敏感编码DWEPI（MUSE-DWEPI）减少几何畸变，使其能用于脑放射治疗。在体模研究中，比较MUSE-DWEPI和SS-DWEPI测量的体模直径，计算几何畸变率（%GD）。分析了控制点的位移矢量，还绘制和计算了。在一项患者研究中，10名患者（6名术后胶质瘤患者，4名脑肿瘤患者）需要进行MRI检查，并对SS-DWEPI和MUSE-DWEPI中的图像失真水平进行了评估以T2周期性旋转重叠平行线增强重建（T2-PROP  ELLER）图像为参照进行比较。基于t2pro  PELLER、SS-DWEPI和MUSE-DWEPI，利用Dice相似系数（DSC）和Hausdorff距离，描绘肿瘤靶区和四个脑区（HD）量化几何变形水平。</p>",

In the phantom study, the phantom diameter meters measured by muse-dwepi and ss-dwepi were compared to calculate the geometric distortion rate (GD).
