    "ds_abstract": "<p>&emsp;&emsp;昌吉市作为北疆重要的粮食生产基地，冬小麦是其核心粮食作物之一，对区域粮食安全至关重要。近年来，气候变化导致昌吉市水资源短缺以及农作物越冬环境变化，使得精准掌握冬小麦种植分布成为农业管理与政策制定的迫切需求。本数据基于Google Earth Engine平台，利用2019年至2025年每年3月至5月新疆昌吉市Sentinel-1 SAR和Sentinel-2 MSI影像，通过主被动遥感协同与多特征优选方法生成。数据内容为昌吉市逐年冬小麦种植空间分布数据，空间分辨率为10米，覆盖昌吉市全境约7974平方公里。数据集采用经过辐射定标与大气校正的L2A级光学影像和GRD级雷达影像，构建包含极化、纹理、光谱、植被指数、归一化差异指数及物候变化特征在内的多维度特征集；运用随机森林前向选择算法进行特征优选，并以随机森林分类器实现冬小麦种植区的识别。数据集经野外调查样本与高分辨率影像目视验证，总体分类精度达94.60%。数据以GeoTIFF格式存储，具有规范的元数据描述，可为干旱区农作物种植结构动态监测、水资源优化配置、作物估产及农业政策制定提供可靠的空间数据支撑。</p>",
