    "ds_abstract": "<p>&emsp;&emsp;洪水精细化模拟与调度对于蓄滞洪区的科学管理和合理规划至关重要。本次构建的蓄滞洪区洪水精细化模拟与调度模型包含河道干流一维水动力学模型、蓄滞洪区二维水动力模型、一二维水动力耦合的蓄滞洪区洪水精细化模拟模型、蓄滞洪区分洪损失核算模型、基于多目标模糊优选的蓄滞洪区调度模型等组成部分。构建模型所需数据包括河网、断面和水工建筑物数据、蓄滞洪区数字高程数据、主要断面典型场次洪水数据、国民生产总值（GDP）、耕地面积、居民地面积、工矿企事业单位、交通线路里程等蓄滞洪区社会经济数据，以及蓄滞洪区洪水调度方案及工程调度参数等。输出数据主要为河道典型测站场次洪水水文流量过程、蓄滞洪区淹没过程、蓄滞洪区社会经济分洪损失核算成果。模型可为蓄滞洪区的规划和布局优化、调度方案优化、洪水损失的评估以及补偿等工作提供了技术支持。\n<p>&emsp;&emsp;本平台系统仅提供技术方案开放共享。",
