    "ds_abstract": "<p>甘肃祁连山森林生态系统国家定位观测研究站（简称祁连山森林生态站）是中国森林生态系统定位研究网络（CFERN）和中国陆地生态系统长期定位观测研究站，位于甘肃省张掖市肃南裕固族自治县马蹄乡。气象观测场经纬度为100.29E，38.57N，海拔2575m，大小为25m×25m，主要观测空气温湿度、降水、土壤温度、气压、风速风向、水面蒸发、辐射等因子。本数据集为该站1995-2010年人工地面气象逐日观测数据，共包含10个excel文件，每个要素逐日数据单独存放在一文件中。</p>",
    "ds_source": "<p>该数据集数据全部为人工观测数据，严格按照国家气象局地面气象观测规范要求进行观测，观测时间为每日2时、8时、14时、20日；空气温度采用干球温度表、湿球温度表、空气最高温度表、空气最低温度表、温度计观测；空气湿度采用毛发湿度表、湿度计观测；地表温度采用地面最高和最低温度表观测，土壤温度采用曲管地温表和直管地温表观测；大气压采用动槽式水银气压表、气压计观测；水面蒸发量用口径为20cm的E601B小型蒸发器观测；降水量用雨量器观测；风速风向采用10米风杆和EL型电接风向风速计观测；日照时数采用暗筒式日照计观测；冻土深度采用冻土器观测。观测要素为1.5米空气温度、1.5米空气湿度、1.5米空气最高温度、1.5米空气最低温度、气压、风速、风向、降水、水面蒸发量、日照时数；地表最高温度、地表最低温度、多层土壤温度（5cm、10cm、15cm、20cm、40cm、80cm）、冻土深度。所有要素观测完后，根据观测设备器差订正完毕后得到本次观测数据。</p>",
