    "ds_abstract": "<p>本数据集为1954-1979年辛店沟流域雨量站降水观测数据。辛店沟流域位于陕西省榆林市绥德县，属于无定河一级支流。此流域共有南窑沟、小石沟和试验场三个雨量站，其中南窑沟雨量站在1954-1967年进行观测；小石沟在1959-1964年进行观测；试验场从1979年开始观测。观测使用口径为20cm的SM1型普通雨量器和DSJ2型虹吸式自记雨量计进行平行观测，自记雨量计故障时用普通雨量计代替。数据包括辛店沟流域观测站网布设及水土保持措施分布图、逐日降水量数据、降水量摘录数据、各时段最大降水量表（按分钟摘录）。雨量站情况见辛店沟流域雨量站基本情况表。</p>",

    "ds_process_way": "<p>降水量观测仪器有口径为20cm的SM1型普通雨量器和DSJ2型虹吸式自记雨量计。SM1型采用8时、20时两段制进行全年观测，主要观测降水起止时间，统计降水量，当降水间歇时间大于15min，间歇前后作为两次降水进行观测，当间歇时间小于15min则作为一次降水观测记载，如果一次降水跨过8时、20时应在8时、20时加测。DSJ2型采用24段制进行汛期观测，在自记雨量计出现故障的情况下，用普通雨量器观测资料进行补充。</p>",

The SM1 type ordinary rain gauge with a diameter of 20cm and dsj2 type siphon type self recording rain gauge are used for parallel observation. When the self recording rain gauge fails, the ordinary rain gauge is used instead. The data include the layout of observation station network in xindiangou basin and the distribution map of soil and water conservation measures, daily precipitation data, precipitation excerpt data, maximum precipitation table in each period (excerpt by minute). See the basic situation of rainfall stations in xindiangou basin for the situation of rainfall stations. </p>",

            "ds_process_way": "<p>Precipitation observation instruments include SM1 ordinary rain gauge with a diameter of 20cm and dsj2 siphon type self recording rain gauge. The SM1 type adopts the 8-hour and 20-hour two-stage system for annual observation, mainly observing the starting and ending time of precipitation, and making statistics of precipitation. When the intermittent time of precipitation is more than 15 minutes, it is observed as two precipitation before and after the interval, and when the intermittent time is less than 15 minutes, it is recorded as one precipitation observation. If a precipitation crosses 8 hours and 20 hours, it should be measured at 8 hours and 20 hours. Dsj2 type adopts 24 section system for flood season observation. In case of failure of self recording rain gauge, the observation data of ordinary rain gauge is used for supplement. </p>",
