It contains an excel form of hulugou hydrological section flow observation data set.xlsx at Qilian station in the upper reaches of Heihe River. The data content: hulugou outlet hydrological section flow data. The hydrological section flow at the outlet of the basin is regularly observed at 08:00, 14:00 and 20:00 every day (ls45a rotating cup type current meter produced by Chongqing Huazheng hydrometer company is used for measurement). The hobo pressure water level gauge is used to monitor the change of water level in real time and establish the relationship between water level and discharge. The main monitoring indexes are the daily flow rate and the daily average flow rate (m 3 / s).</p>",
