    "ds_abstract": "<p>&emsp;&emsp;本数据集包括黑河中游盈科/大满灌区5.5km×5.5km观测矩阵（缩略图中红色框）内10个WATERNET节点的2013年观测数据。10个WATERNET节点均包含4cm和10cm两层Hydro Probe II探头，观测土壤水分、土壤温度、电导率及复介电常数等主要变量；在4m高度架设有SI-111红外温度探头观测下垫面地表红外辐射温度。常规观测的时间频率为10分钟，为保证SI-111与遥感的准确同步，每天的00:00-04:30、08:00-18:00和21:00-24:00进行1分钟加密观测。本数据集可为异质性地表关键水热变量的遥感估算及其遥感真实性检验，生态水文研究，灌溉优化管理等研究提供时空连续的观测数据集。\n</p>\n<p>&emsp;&emsp;详细内容请参见“2013年黑河中游WATERNET数据文档20141231.docx”</p>",

            "ds_abstract": "<p>   This data set includes 5.5km of Yingke / Daman irrigation area in the middle reaches of Heihe River × 2013 observation data of 10 water net nodes in 5.5km observation matrix (red box in thumbnail). The 10 waternet nodes contain 4cm and 10cm two-layer hydro probe II probes to observe the main variables such as soil moisture, soil temperature, conductivity and complex dielectric constant; Si-111 infrared temperature probe is erected at a height of 4m to observe the surface infrared radiation temperature of the underlying surface. The time and frequency of routine observation is 10 minutes. In order to ensure the accurate synchronization between si-111 and remote sensing, 1 minute encrypted observation is carried out every day at 00:00-04:30, 08:00-18:00 and 21:00-24:00. This data set can provide a spatio-temporal continuous observation data set for remote sensing estimation and remote sensing authenticity test of key hydrothermal variables on heterogeneous surface, eco hydrological research, irrigation optimization management and so on.\n</p>\n<p>   For details, please refer to \"2013 water net data document 20141231.
