    "ds_quality": "<p>&emsp;&emsp;（1）数据质量控制基本流程\n<p>&emsp;&emsp;每年在野外技术实验的观测数据全部由专题负责人与专题的骨干业务人员采集，数据调查和采集人都是长期从事相关研究（生态学、地学和草学）的专业人员。在每年生长季植被和土壤数据采集之前，依照灌丛和草地生态系统生物野外观测规范及方法进行相关的培训会，保证野外采集数据的准确性和正确性。采集后的数据由专题负责人对数据质量进行审查，审查通过后的数据再交由课题组相关人员进行评估。课题组根据“共享数据集明细表”对提交数据产品的一致性和质量进行审核，检查数据的内容、范围、格式、类型、时间分辨率与“共享数据集明细表”是否一致，评估数据的正确性、真实性和准确性。如果数据真实、准确和可靠、质量较高，会有专业人员存档储存，如果数据质量没有通过检查和评估，撤回专题进行相应的返修，直至数据质量通过检验为止。\n<p>&emsp;&emsp;（2）数据质量控制方法\n<p>&emsp;&emsp;1）物种数据均与《中国植物志（网络版）》（http://frps.iplant.cn/） 和《内蒙古植物志（第三版）》进行核对检查。\n<p>&emsp;&emsp;2）样带参照1：100万植被类型图设计，具有鲜明的降雨，海拔梯度差异。\n<p>&emsp;&emsp;3）依据《土壤质量、土壤采样技术指南》和《植物群落清查的主要内容、方法和技术规范》进行取样调查，保证采样的科学合理性。\n\n\n</p>",
