    "ds_abstract": "<p>&emsp;&emsp;TundraFlux 数据库是一套经过规范化整理的开放数据库，收录北极与高山苔原生态系统实地生态系统呼吸（Reco​）观测数据，旨在支撑碳循环对实验增温响应的整合研究。该数据库汇编了 12 个国家 64 个苔原样点开顶箱（OTC）增温实验及配对对照样地的Reco​实地观测，覆盖多样的气候、土壤与植被条件。\n<p>&emsp;&emsp;数据库包含研究者提交的通量原始观测数据，以及在样地尺度计算得到的日整合Reco数值。通量观测依照各站点自有采样方案开展，观测频次差异较大，包括年度单次观测、季节性集中观测、周尺度或日尺度观测，以及单日多次观测。日整合产品可供用户统一不同站点的时间分辨率，同时完整保留原始观测数据，支持用户自定义筛选与其他整合方案。\n<p>&emsp;&emsp;除Reco观测数据外，TundraFlux 配备一套标准化、体系完善的元数据，记录每条观测对应的生态背景与试验方法信息，涵盖：样地尺度植被与土壤属性（植被盖度、生物量、土壤碳氮含量、pH、容重等）；站点尺度环境信息（地理位置、气候、母质、植被类型等）；站点方法元数据，详细说明通量与微气象观测手段。依托上述数据，研究者可分析生物因子、非生物环境因子与试验方法如何调控生态系统呼吸对增温的响应。\n<p>&emsp;&emsp;全部数据采用 R 数据文件（.rds）分发，最大限度保障数据完整性，保留分类变量、日期、字符型等文本格式（如 CSV）容易丢失的 R 特有数据类型。数据仓库包含可直接用于分析的整合数据集、样地尺度通量与微气象文件、带有质量控制标记的研究者原始通量数据、详细说明文档，以及演示数据读取、整合、筛选流程的 R 示例脚本。\n<p>&emsp;&emsp;TundraFlux 数据库在以往苔原Reco增温响应整合研究基础上进行大幅拓展：新增多个观测站点、纳入更长时间序列、补充生长旺季以外时段观测，数据更新至 2024 年。该数据库提供标准化开放数据集与完备元数据，有利于开展可靠的跨站点对比，支撑模型评估与基准测试，降低苔原碳–气候反馈预估结果的不确定性。",

            "ds_abstract": "<p>&emsp;TundraFlux Database is an open, curated database of in-situ ecosystem respiration (Reco) measurements from Arctic and alpine tundra ecosystems, designed to support synthesis research on carbon cycling responses to experimental warming. The database compiles in situ Reco observations from open-top chamber (OTC) warming experiments and paired control plots across 64 tundra sites in 12 countries, spanning a wide range of climatic, edaphic, and vegetation conditions.\r\n<p>&emsp;The database includes both contributor-submitted flux-level measurements and daily aggregated Reco values calculated at the plot level. Flux measurements originate from site-specific sampling protocols and may represent single observations per year, seasonal campaigns, weekly or daily measurements, or multiple measurements within a day. Daily aggregation is provided as a service to users to harmonize temporal resolution across sites while retaining the original measurements for custom filtering and alternative aggregation strategies.\r\n<p>&emsp;In addition to Reco measurements, TundraFlux provides extensive, harmonized metadata describing the ecological and methodological context of each observation. This includes plot-level vegetation and soil properties (e.g., plant cover, biomass, soil carbon and nitrogen content, pH, bulk density), site-level environmental information (e.g., geographic location, climate, parent material, vegetation type), and site-level method metadata detailing flux and microclimate measurement approaches. Together, these data enable users to explore how biotic, abiotic, and methodological factors shape ecosystem respiration responses to warming.\r\n<p>&emsp;All data are distributed as R data files (.rds) to preserve data fidelity and retain R-specific data types such as factors, dates, and character classes that are often lost in text-based formats (e.g., CSV). The repository includes analysis-ready combined datasets, plot-level flux and microclimate files, contributor-submitted flux-level data with quality-control flags, detailed documentation, and example R scripts demonstrating data loading, aggregation, and filtering.\r\n<p>&emsp;The TundraFlux Database builds on earlier syntheses of tundra Reco responses to warming and substantially extends them by incorporating additional sites, longer time series, measurements beyond the peak growing season, and updated data through 2024. By providing standardized, open-access data with rich metadata coverage, the TundraFlux Database enables robust cross-site comparisons, supports model evaluation and benchmarking, and helps reduce uncertainty in projections of tundra carbon–climate feedbacks.",
