The dataset consists of three Excel files, each containing forecast factor elements corresponding to distinct ice phenology phases observed at the hydrological station: the Ice-Run Initiation Date Forecast Factors Dataset, the River Freezing-Up Date Forecast Factors Dataset, and the River Break-Up Date Forecast Factors Dataset.</p>",
