    "ds_abstract": "<p>&emsp;&emsp;干旱内陆盆地对水资源变化高度敏感，地下水是维系区域生态系统稳定的重要淡水来源。受监测井分布稀疏的限制，区域尺度地下水埋深在空间覆盖和时间连续性方面长期不足。本研究基于2018—2024年柴达木盆地108眼监测井实测数据，利用ERA5-Land气象再分析资料、地形因子和土壤属性等多变量，对多种机器学习与深度学习模型的地下水埋深反演性能进行了对比分析。结果表明，随机森林（RF）模型在多种对比模型中性能最优，测试集决定系数（R²）为0.972。基于该模型，构建了柴达木盆地2015—2024年逐月、1 km空间分辨率的地下水埋深时空连续数据集。独立监测数据验证显示，反演值与实测值一致性良好（R²=0.932，MAE=4.22 m，RMSE=8.04 m），且能够合理表征地下水埋深的空间格局及年际变化特征（R=0.96）。该数据集具备较高的时空连续性与模拟精度，可为干旱区地下水及相关生态水文研究提供基础数据支撑。",
