    "ds_abstract": "<p>新疆地处亚洲中部干旱区，地形复杂，生态环境脆弱，抵御灾害的能力较低，是全球气候变暖的敏感区和强烈影响区。随着全球气候变暖，新疆的干旱化问题引起了广泛关注。本文基于中国新疆区域55个气象观测站1961–2015年逐日气温和降水观测资料，经过数据质量控制和异常值剔除，计算得到每个站点1961–2015年1、3、6、12、24和48个月时间尺度逐月标准化降水蒸散发指数（SPEI）时间变化序列，整理出新疆干旱指数数据集。本数据集为分析新疆区域长时间序列不同时间尺度干旱变化趋势及变化特征提供了数据支撑，也可以作为基础数据来探索干旱事件对生态水文环境和农牧业生产的影响。</p>",

            "ds_abstract": "<p>Xinjiang is located in the arid region of Central Asia with complex terrain, fragile ecological environment and low ability to resist disasters. It is a sensitive area and a strong impact area of global warming. With the global warming, the problem of aridity in Xinjiang has attracted extensive attention. Based on the daily temperature and precipitation observation data of 55 meteorological stations in Xinjiang, China from 1961 to 2015, after data quality control and outliers elimination, the time series of monthly standardized precipitation evapotranspiration index (spei) of each station from 1961 to 2015 in 1, 3, 6, 12, 24 and 48 months were calculated, and the Xinjiang drought index data set was sorted out. This data set provides data support for analyzing the drought change trend and change characteristics in different time scales in Xinjiang region, and can also be used as basic data to explore the impact of drought events on Ecological hydrological environment and agricultural and animal husbandry production. </p>",
