本数据为祁连山天老池小流域的土壤水分数据；试验于2013年7.19-8.23日对整个流域的土壤水分TDR探头进行埋放，这些探头的位置能够代表整个天老池流域。要对青海云杉林坡，灌木坡，祁连圆柏林坡和干草原四个海拔线进行取样。于7月19日进行第一次观测，观测间隔为一个周，若有降雨时间，则在第二天进行观测。在观测的最后时间对所有的采样点进行土壤采样，在室内测得土壤质量水分含量，旨在对TDR探头观测的数据进行校正。
