    "ds_abstract": "<p>本数据主要反映的是2000年前后新疆土地利用现状，依据《国家资源环境信息系统数据库构建》——新疆片区土地利用TM卫星影像解译标志建立的《中国科学院土地利用分类系统》，把全疆土地分为6个一级类，24个二级类；共有超过10万个图斑，所有土地分类要素均在一个图层内（xj2000td）。</p>",

    "ds_process_way": "<p>对TM数据先进行筛选，选出云覆盖比例少于4%，或是较少遮盖主要地物的，结合1:10万地形图对选出的影像进行几何精纠正、然后拼接、匀色，最后成为可矢量化的产品，由专业人员按照解译标志和分类系统对每一景TM数据进行目视解译、手工矢量化，生成COVERAGE格式数据，再利用Arcgis软件把COVERAGE转换成SHP数据，经过投影转换生成本数据。</p>",
