    "ds_abstract": "<p>&emsp;&emsp;利用不同优良树种，在不同区域开展造林试验，试验地点包括科尔沁沙地和库布其沙漠两处，造林当年统计苗木成活率，造林后2-3年统计造林后期保存率，以及造林苗木生长量变化情况，调查指标包括树高、胸径，造林苗木的成活率和保存率。</p>\n<p>&emsp;&emsp;2018年在达拉特旗完成区域造林治沙示范项目130亩,选用树种有小胡杨2号和彰武松，小胡杨和彰武松造林后当年的成活率都在90%以上，2年后苗木的保存率都在85%以上，且长势良好、无病虫害。小胡杨2号平均树高3.97m,平均胸径4.96cm；彰武松1.03m，胸径3.62cm；在通辽市科左中旗东苏林场盐碱试验基地完成造林治沙示范30亩；选用树种主要包括当地乡土树种：黄檗、家榆、刺榆和元宝枫；引进树种包括花曲柳、蒙桑、红花柽柳、文冠果和小胡杨2号。当地乡土树种黄檗、刺榆、家榆和元宝枫，造林成活率在85%以上，2年后保存率在85%以上；引入种花曲柳、蒙桑和红花柽柳成活率在90%以上，保存率在85%以上，小胡杨2号因造林苗木质量原因成活率较低。三个树种长势良好，无病虫害；在通辽市科左中旗舍伯吐试验基地完成造林治沙示范5亩。选用树种彰武松，9年生彰武松树高和胸径分别为樟子松的1.3倍和1.2倍，差异显著，树高最高达5.2m，胸径10.8cm，平均年高生长量41.8cm ,最大年生长量85cm，无病虫害；在通辽市科左中旗通辽库伦旗试验基地完成造林治沙示范30亩。选用树种当地乡土树种包括：家榆、刺榆和旱柳；引入种包括蒙桑、小胡杨2号、山杏和山桃，引入树种蒙桑、山桃造林后当年成活率为85%以上，3年后苗木的保存率也在80%以上，对比当地的乡土树种，仅家榆成活率和保存率在90%以上，刺榆和旱柳成活率和保存率都较低，保存率不足70%。小胡杨2号因造林苗木质量原因成活率较低。三个树种长势良好，无病虫害。另外，对部分优良树种包括小胡杨2号和白雪果开展繁育技术研究，主要采用扦插扩繁，小胡杨2号采条前一年春天对母树进行了强度修枝促萌发新枝条，剪取生长健壮的一年生枝条，剪成10-15cm长具有3-4个饱满芽的插条，共计获得插条500个。第二批插条采自苗圃中1-2年生小树上，全部为一年生枝条，共计获得直径在0.7cm以下插条10000个。不同浸泡时间、不同浓度的IBA、ABT1#、ABT2#进行处理，采用容器-温控技术进行扦插试验的调查结果为：10d左右可观察到芽萌动，20d左右开始长出成叶，发芽率达到85%，15天可见愈伤组织生根，偶见皮部生根，总体上成活率可达到85%-90%。经调查0.3cm的插条成活率最高，可达90-95%以上，一年生枝条主干高1m以下部分制成的插条成活率很低，主要是发芽困难。以雪果当年生木质化枝条为材料，通过不同基质、激素和浓度的对比试验，探讨基质、激素和浓度对雪果扦插生根的影响。</p>",

The average height of small poplar 2 is 3.97m, average diameter at breast height (D.B.H.) is 4.96cm; Changwu pine is 1.03m, diameter at breast height (D.B.H.) is 3.62cm; the demonstration of afforestation and sand control was accomplished for 30mu in the saline and alkaline test base of Tongliao Kozuozhongqi Dongsu Forest Field; the selected species mainly include local native species: Phellodendron Bark, Ulmus domestica, Ulmus spiny elm, and Mapleus dendriticus; and the introduced species include Pterocarpus indicus, Pterocarpus mongoliculatus, Tamariskus sanguinis, Avenida avena, and small poplar 2. The survival rate of local native species of Phellodendron Bark, Prickly Elm, Ulmus domestica and Maple Genbao is more than 85%, and the preservation rate is more than 85% after 2 years; the survival rate of introduced species of Phellodendron Bark, Montserrat and Tamarix rubra is more than 90%, and the preservation rate is more than 85%, while that of Poplar No.2 is low due to the quality of the afforested seedlings. The three tree species have good growth, no pests and diseases; in Tongliao City, Kezuozhongqi Sheber Spit test base to complete the demonstration of afforestation and sand control 5 acres. Selection of tree species Changwu pine, 9 years old Changwu pine tree height and diameter at breast height were 1.3 times and 1.2 times of the camphor pine, the difference is significant, the highest tree height of 5.2m, diameter at breast height of 10.8cm, the average annual growth of 41.8cm, the maximum annual growth of 85cm, no pests and diseases; in Tongliao City, Kezuozhong Banner, Tongliao Qulunqi test site to complete the demonstration of afforestation of 30 mu of sand. Selected local native species include: domestic elm, prickly elm and dry willow; introduced species include montmorillon, small poplar 2, mountain apricot and hickory, the survival rate of the introduced species montmorillon and hickory after afforestation was more than 85% in the same year, and the preservation rate of the seedling was more than 80% after 3 years, comparing with the local native species, only domestic elm's survival rate and preservation rate was more than 90%, prickly elm and dry willow's survival rate and preservation rate was low, and the preservation rate was less than 70%. The survival and preservation rates of prickly elm and dry willow are lower, with preservation rates of less than 70%. The survival rate of small poplar No.2 is low due to the quality of the seedlings. The three tree species are in good condition and free of pests and diseases. In addition, some excellent tree species, including XiaoHuYang 2 and BaiXueJiao, were studied in terms of breeding techniques, mainly using cuttings to expand propagation. In the spring of the year before XiaoHuYang 2 was harvested, the mother tree was intensely pruned to promote the sprouting of new branches, and the healthy first-year branches were cut into 10-15cm-long cuttings with 3-4 full buds, and a total of 500 cuttings were obtained. The second batch of plugs were taken from 1-2 year old small trees in the nursery, all of which were annual branches, and a total of 10,000 plugs with a diameter of 0.7cm or less were obtained. Different soaking time, different concentrations of IBA, ABT1# and ABT2# were used for treatment, and the results of the cuttings test using container-temperature-control technology were as follows: sprouting of buds could be observed at about 10d, adult leaves began to grow at about 20d, and the germination rate reached 85%, rooting of healing tissues could be seen at 15 days, and occasional rooting of the skin was seen, and the overall survival rate could be reached at 85%-90%. After investigation of 0.3cm of the highest survival rate of the plug, up to 90-95% or more, the annual branches of the main trunk height of 1m below the part of the plug made of the survival rate is very low, mainly because of the difficulty of germination. With snow fruit annual lignified branches as materials, through different substrate, hormone and concentration of the comparison test, to explore the substrate, hormone and concentration of snow fruit cuttings rooting effect. </p></p>",
