    "ds_abstract": "<p>洪水灾害淹没范围的确定是灾情评估的基础。本数据集以2011年3月29日至31日发生在新疆天山中段北坡玛纳斯河流域、2010年4月20日发生新疆天山中段南坡开都河流域的2场典型融雪型洪水为例，基于Landsat7卫星影像制作洪水影响范围专题图。此专题图可为防洪减灾、洪水风险分析和灾情评估提供洪水灾害淹没范围的基础参考数据。\n<p>此专题图空间范围包含玛纳斯河流域，空间分辨率15 m，时间分辨率为逐日。本数据集包含1个2011年3月29至31日玛纳斯河流域融雪型洪水爆发影响范围矢量数据（shp）、1个2010年4月20日南坡开都河流域融雪型洪水爆发影响范围矢量数据（shp）和两幅专题图。本数据集采用完全开放共享。",

    "ds_quality": "<p>洪水影响范围矢量数据(shp)通过加工处理得到。\n<p>首先，对灾前2011年02月11日和灾后2011年03月31日两期Landsat7卫星数据进行大气校正、正射校正。\n<p>然后，将正射后的多光谱和全色影像进行融合，生成标准融合产品（空间分辨率为15m），针对不同波段对水体特征的敏感性差异，对生成标准融合数据产品进行波段选择，对水体较敏感的band7（2.09～2.35\\30m）、band1（0.45～0.515\\30m）、band2（0.525～0.605\\30m）波段进行组合波段组合，能实现对水体信息的有效反映。\n<p>最后，对多个敏感波段组合假彩色产品采用k-means非监督分类技术进行影像分类。经过多次试验，分类最终采用2%作为变化阈值，分类数量为5。整体上水体集中在class2、class3和class4中。针对分类图斑建立提取规则集，进行分类后图斑筛选，结合专家判识经验，对分类后结果进行精细化处理和局部调整，形成最终水体信息产品及水体范围。水体信息产品及水体范围以shp格式存储，可以用Arcgis等软件打开。\n<p>同上，制备生成2010年4月20日南坡开都河流域融雪型洪水暴发影响范围数据。",

            "ds_quality": "<pre><code>\n</code></pre>\n<p>The flood impact range vector data (shp) is obtained through processing.\n<p>First of all, atmospheric correction and orthophoto correction were carried out for the Landsat7 satellite data on February 11, 2011 before the disaster and March 31, 2011 after the disaster.\n<p>Then, the orthophoto multi-spectral and panchromatic images are fused to generate a standard fusion product (with a spatial resolution of 15m). According to the sensitivity difference of different wave bands to water body characteristics, the band selection of the standard fusion data product is carried out, and the band combination is carried out for band7 (2.09~2.35  30m), band1 (0.45~0.515  30m), band2 (0.525~0.605  30m) bands that are more sensitive to water body, It can effectively reflect the water body information.\n<p>Finally, k-means unsupervised classification technology is used for image classification of multiple sensitive band combination false color products. After many tests, 2% is finally used as the change threshold for classification, and the number of classification is 5. On the whole, water bodies are concentrated in class 2, class 3 and class 4. This data set takes two typical snowmelt floods that occurred in the Manas River basin on the north slope of the middle part of Tianshan Mountains in Xinjiang from March 29 to 31, 2011 and the Kaidu River basin on the south slope of the middle part of Tianshan Mountains in Xinjiang on April 20, 2010 as an example, and makes a thematic map of flood impact area based on Landsat7 satellite images. This thematic map can provide basic reference data for flood control and disaster reduction, flood risk analysis and disaster assessment.\n<p>The spatial range of this thematic map includes the Manas River basin, with a spatial resolution of 15 m and a temporal resolution of daily.
