    "ds_abstract": "<p>&emsp;&emsp;本数据集为2022 年 6 月 20 日在吉林省白城市大安市牛心套保稻-苇-渔-菌湿地生态农业复合生态工程模式示范区的苇基菌糠堆肥区，采集了120份土壤样品，进行土壤细菌多样性测序分析。主要用于测试不同苇基菌糠肥料化处理对细菌多样性的影响。通过细菌多样性和肥料性质，筛选出较好的肥料用于盐碱土改良。菌糠来源分为新和旧2种，发酵混合物分无机（沙土）、有机（牛羊粪）、微生物菌剂3种，菌糠发酵比例分 0、25%、50%、75%和100% 5种，4个重复。",

    "ds_process_way": "<p>&emsp;&emsp;首先对高通量测序的原始下机数据根据序列质量进行初步筛查，对于双端序列还需根据重叠碱基进行配对连接。通过质量初筛的序列按照引物和Index信息，识别分配入对应样本，并去除嵌合体等疑问序列。对获得的高质量序列进行OTU划分，每个OTU的代表序列用于分类地位鉴定以及系统发育学分析。",
    "ds_quality": "<p>&emsp;&emsp;为了整合原始双端测序数据，首先采用滑动窗口法对FASTQ格式的双端序列逐一作质量筛查，从第一个平均质量值低于Q20的窗口处截断序列，并要求截断后的序列长度≥ 150 bp，且不允许存在模糊碱基N。随后，利用FLASH软件，对通过质量初筛的双端序列根据重叠碱基进行配对连接:要求Read 1和Read2两条序列的重叠碱基长度≥ 10 bp，且不允许碱基错配。最后，根据每个样本所对应的Index信息，将连接后的序列识别分配入对应样本，从而获得每个样本的有效序列。",
