SM1 rain gauge is adopted; dsj2 siphon rain gauge and SL1 telemetry rain gauge are adopted for self recording rain gauge. The SM1 type ordinary rain gauge is used for annual precipitation observation. In non flood season (November to December and January to April), it is used for two-stage observation. In flood season (May to October), it is used for four-stage observation. The self recording rain gauge is used for precipitation observation in flood season. For precipitation observation by ordinary rain gauge, 4-segment excerpt is adopted; for precipitation observation by self recording rain gauge, 24 segment excerpt is adopted (for precipitation observation by ordinary rain gauge and self recording rain gauge, only the precipitation observed by self recording rain gauge is excerpted). &lt;/p&gt;\n</code></pre>",
