The flow measurement method is divided into two methods: triangular weir ice flow measurement and container flow measurement. The flow measurement method is selected according to the runoff mode.\n</p>\n<p> It was observed every five days from October 2006 to April 2007, three times a day from May to September 2007, once every five days from October 2007 to April 2008, daily observation data from May to September 2008 and once every five days in October 2008.\n</p>\n<p>  This data is the key hydrological observation data for hydrological simulation in Pailugou basin</p>",
