    "ds_abstract": "<p>&emsp;&emsp;本文主要研究对象为沿海沿江区域与洪涝潮的耦合预报技术。研究通过提出多元信息水循环分布式架构设计，将整个流域水循环进行分解，并针对每一类水文特征单元采用最合适的模型算法。数据类型涵盖了历史降雨事件数据、区域蒸发资料、降水量、地下水埋深、土壤含水量等多种数据，数据格式包括图表、模型参数和模拟结果等。文件建立了复杂多变下垫面产流模式，研发了河道-湖泊-闸坝及洪水调度区多要素汇流模拟技术，并提出了不同下垫面产流与河网汇流的耦合方法。此外，还研发了大型河网实时校正技术，提高了洪水预报的精度。针对四个示范区，分别构建了定制化的水文水动力模型，实现了洪涝潮耦合的精细预报，为示范区洪水预报精度达到85%以上提供了重要技术支撑。",
