本数据集针对阿拉善高原-河西走廊荒漠区干旱气候特点，以我国河西走廊和阿拉善高原为调查核心区，兼顾毗邻马鬃山、祁连山西部山地、甘肃中部干旱区等区域，于2017-2021年，调查了分布在这些区域的灌木荒漠、半灌木-矮半灌木荒漠、矮半乔木荒漠、多汁盐生矮半灌木荒漠、一年生草本荒漠等植被类型。调查的主要植被群系包括：梭梭荒漠、霸王荒漠、盐爪爪荒漠、短舌菊荒漠、猪毛菜荒漠、红砂荒漠、白刺荒漠、柽柳荒漠等。调查区域分为两个主要片区，其中，阿拉善高原280个调查点、河西走廊荒漠区184个调查点位。在对该区主要群落类型调查的同时，以分布在调查区内的典型乔木、灌木和草本植物为主，对其个体、根、茎、叶、花和果等进行拍照。", "ds_source": "
