            "ds_abstract": "<p>This data set is the total control of surface runoff of hulugou Watershed at hulugou watershed outlet hydrological section of Qilian station from January 1, 2011 to December 1, 2011.\nThe discharge data of hulugou outlet hydrological section are regularly observed at 08:00, 14:00 and 20:00 every day (ls45a rotating cup type current meter produced by Chongqing Huazheng Hydrological Instrument Co., Ltd. is used for velocity measurement, and hobo pressure type water level meter is used for real-time monitoring of water level change), the relationship between water level and discharge is established, and the outlet discharge of the basin is calculated.</p>",
