水库是指用坝 、堤、水闸、堰等工程，于山谷、河道或低洼地区形成的人工水域，它是用于径流调节以改变自然水资源分配过程的主要措施，对社会经济发展有重要作用。 黑河流域修建了众多水库，对该地区的水资源利用具有重要的影响。
\n\n为了方便用户制图需要，我们利用地形图和遥感影像制备了黑河流域水库分布图，水库位置和形状主要以Google Map图像为基准通过人工解译获得，基本上表现了黑河流域2010年前后的水库分布现状。

\nIn order to facilitate user mapping needs, we have prepared a distribution map of reservoirs in the Heihe River Basin using topographic maps and remote sensing images. The location and shape of the reservoirs are mainly obtained through manual interpretation based on Google Map images, which basically reflects the current distribution status of reservoirs in the Heihe River Basin before and after 2010
