The longitude and latitude coordinates of each quadrat and sampling points on the sample belt are given in this data, and the data are stored in Excel form. Quadrat transect of Linze station and surrounding farmland and desert transition zone.\n</p>\n<p>  1. Wulidun farmland quadrat, with an area of 90m × 90m。 It is divided into 9 30m × 30m small quadrat. Wulidun farmland quadrats used by Han Han Institute and Beijing Normal University belong to the same quadrat, only with different numbers. No. of cold and drought station: the number of small quadrats is 1-9 from west to East, from south to north. During synchronous observation, samples are taken at the central point of each small quadrat. No. of Beijing Normal University: A-I from north to South and from west to East. See the schematic diagram of farmland quadrat of cold and drought Institute and wulidun of Beijing Normal University for details.\n</p>\n<p>  2. Desert East-West transect, consisting of 20 pairs of 30 adjacent from east to west × It is composed of 30m small quadrat pairs. The south corner of the small quadrat pair is numbered s0-s20 from west to East, the north corner is numbered n0-n20 from west to East, and the middle common corner is numbered m0-m20 from west to East. During synchronization, samples are taken at each corner. See the schematic diagram for details.\n</p>\n<p>  3. The desert north-south transect consists of 9 non adjacent 40m from south to north × 40m small quadrats, numbered from A1 to A9, with an interval of 60m between each small quadrat. There are three quadrats (ly06, ly07, ly08) under the sixth to eighth route from east to West in the transition zone, and each quadrat is 30m × 30m, sampling from west to East, from north to south, starting from the northwest corner, record it as 1, take samples every 15m, record it as 2-9 in turn, see the schematic diagram for details.\n</p>\n<p>  5.
