本数据集收录了2015-2019年间部分年段市县级新农村建设规划、乡村振兴规划、美丽乡村规划方案。通过科学规划，分类指导，建设成了一批路畅、村美、环境整洁的社会主义新农村；通过加强基层组织建设，培育新型农民，为新农村建设营造了和谐稳定的社会环境；通过创新思路，健全机制，强化措施，狠抓落实，全市逐步形成了全社会共同参与建设新农村的大格局。把实施乡村振兴战略作为新时代做好“三农”工作的总抓手，加快完善农村基础设施建设，着力夯实农村产业基础，大力提升乡村人居环境治理水平，深入推进美丽乡村建设，群众获得感和幸福感不断提升。
