            "ds_abstract": "<p> This dataset contains urban and rural integrated planning data for the Yellow River Basin at the provincial, municipal, and county levels for certain years between 2015 and 2019.</p>\n<p> The planning schemes focus on the following seven aspects: planning scope, functional orientation, population size, spatial structure, land use scale, road traffic planning and control, and green space and landscape system planning. In accordance with the planning schemes, efforts will be made to build the area into a \"three-in-one\" coordinated development demonstration zone, a city of advanced manufacturing, a city of cultural creativity and intelligence, and an ecologically livable city, characterized by a prosperous urban and rural economy, affluent people's lives, an excellent ecological environment, and a harmonious and civilized society.</p>\n<p> This dataset is primarily in Word format, with some accompanying source data website information. The urban and rural integrated planning data for the Yellow River Basin at the provincial, municipal, and county levels are presented in folders.</p>",
