Precipitation is generally observed in two-stage system, that is, at 8:00 and 20:00 every day. Observation sections are added in rainy season, and additional observation is needed when the rainfall is heavy. The daily rainfall is divided by 8:00 a.m. every day, and the precipitation from 8:00 a.m. today to 8:00 a.m. the main collection indexes are &lt; p &gt; this data set is the daily scale artificial evaporating dish and precipitation data of Qilian station from January 1, 2012 to December 31, 2012. That is: evaporation = original amount - allowance. If there is precipitation between 20:00 of the previous day and 20:00 of the current day, the calculation formula is: evaporation = original amount + precipitation - allowance. </p></p>",
