            "ds_abstract": "<p>The 2003 permafrost activity layer data on the southern bank of the Tongtian River on the Qinghai Tibet Plateau (QT06) is a dataset obtained through observations of the permafrost activity layer using observation probes deployed in the southern bank of the Tongtian River on the Qinghai Tibet Plateau in 2003. Among them, SOIL T is soil temperature, measured in degrees Celsius (℃); WATER is soil moisture, measured in (/cm ^ 3). This data is provided by the State Key Laboratory of Cryospheric Science, Institute of Cold and Drought, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and is provided by the Qinghai Tibet Plateau Cryosphere Observation and Experiment Research Station. </p>",
