Soil temperature and soil moisture: the soil temperature is measured by hand-held infrared thermometer from flat mouth sample belt 1 to flat mouth sample belt 8; Soil moisture is measured by ml2x soil moisture rapid meter. There are 1-8 transects in biandukou, with 9 points each, the interval between points is 200m, the length is 1.6km, and the distance between transects is 1km\n
