    "ds_abstract": "<p>&emsp;&emsp;本数据集主要收集了渭河流域流经的陕西省、甘肃省和宁夏回族自治区三个地区的水环境情况统计数据，主要包括以下3部分：\n\n  <p>&emsp;&emsp;1. 各地区废水排放及处理情况(2003-2017年)：包括各地区工业废水排放总量(万吨)；工业废水排放达标量(万吨)；工业废水中污染物（汞，镉，六价铬，铅，砷）排放量 (吨)；工业废水中污染物（挥发酚，氰化物，化学需氧量，石油类，氨氮）排放量 (吨)；生活污水排放量(万吨)；污水排放量；化学需氧量；氨氮；废水治理设施数(套)；废水治理设施处理能力(万吨/日)；本年运行费用(万元)；工业废水中污染物（挥发酚；氰化物；化学需氧量；石油类；氨氮）去除量 (吨)。\n\n  <p>&emsp;&emsp;2. 主要城市废水排放及处理情况(2003-2017年)：包括主要城市城市污水排放量(万吨)；污水处理厂座数(座)二、三级处理；污水处理厂污水处理量(万吨)；其他污水处理设施污水处理能力；其他污水处理设施污水处理量(万吨)；污水处理能力合计(万立方米/日)；污水处理量合计(万吨)；污水再生利用量(万吨)；城市污水处理率(%)；污水处理厂集中处理率；污水处理能力（万立方米/日）。\n\n <p>&emsp;&emsp;3. 各地区水资源、节水灌溉面积和供水用水情况(2003-2017年)：包括各地区水资源总量（亿立方米）；地表水资源量（亿立方米）；地下水资源量（亿立方米）；地表水与地下水资源重复量（亿立方米）；降水量（毫米）；人均资源量（立方米/人）；各地区节水灌溉面积指标：喷滴灌（千公顷）；微灌（千公顷）；低压管灌（千公顷）；节水灌溉面积（千公顷）；地表水供水量（亿立方米）；地下水供水量（亿立方米）；其他供水量（亿立方米）；供水总量（亿立方米）。\n\n<p>&emsp;&emsp;数据集存储格式为Excel，各字段含义见表头，数据主要来源于《中国环境统计年鉴》。本次收集的数据集为渭河流域水环境统计提供了基础数据。",

Wastewater discharge and treatment in various regions (2003-2017): including the total amount of industrial wastewater discharge in various regions (10000 tons); Industrial wastewater discharge reaches a scalar (10000 tons); Discharge of pollutants (mercury, cadmium, hexavalent chromium, lead and arsenic) in industrial wastewater   (ton); Discharge of pollutants (volatile phenol, cyanide, chemical oxygen demand, petroleum, ammonia nitrogen) in industrial wastewater   (ton); Domestic sewage discharge (10000 tons); Sewage discharge; Chemical oxygen demand; Ammonia nitrogen; Number of wastewater treatment facilities (sets); Treatment capacity of wastewater treatment facilities (10000 tons / day); Operating expenses of this year (10000 yuan); Removal amount of pollutants (volatile phenol; cyanide; chemical oxygen demand; petroleum; ammonia nitrogen) in industrial wastewater   (ton).\n  <p>  2. Wastewater discharge and treatment in major cities (2003-2017): including urban wastewater discharge in major cities (10000 tons); Number of sewage treatment plants (sets): secondary and tertiary treatment; Sewage treatment capacity of sewage treatment plant (10000 tons); Sewage treatment capacity of other sewage treatment facilities; Sewage treatment capacity of other sewage treatment facilities (10000 tons); Total sewage treatment capacity (10000 m3 / day); Total sewage treatment capacity (10000 tons); Sewage recycling capacity (10000 tons); Urban sewage treatment rate (%); Centralized treatment rate of sewage treatment plant; Sewage treatment capacity (10000 m3 / day).\n <p>  3.
