    "ds_abstract": "<p>&emsp;&emsp;金海湖湖水经精密过滤-超滤预处理，反渗透/纳滤系统脱盐。待压力和流速稳定半小时后，记录产水含盐量。精密过滤系统采用过滤精度5 μm的袋式滤芯和熔喷滤芯串联，精密过滤操作压力0.3 MPa。超滤系统采用聚偏氟乙烯管式膜（平均孔径 0.1 μm，膜管内径8 mm，天津海普尔），超滤操作压力0.13 MPa，循环流量43~45 m3/h，产水流量控制在2 m3/h。脱盐系统采用商品化聚酰胺4040卷式反渗透和纳滤膜组件（VNF2和ULP100，贵阳时代沃顿有限公司）。湖水含盐量4.5~7.8 g/L，进水流量 2 m3/h，脱盐系统为4RO-4NF，操作压力1.3~1.8 MPa，水温30 ± 2℃。测量精确至小数点后两位。当湖水含盐量外推至10 g/L，即使操作压力在1.8 MPa的条件下该脱盐系统的产水含盐量都低于0.8 g/L，低于饮用水含盐量<1 g/L的要求，达到任务书考核指标。",
