    "ds_abstract": "<p>&emsp;&emsp;RNRR多级强化膜浓缩是基于RO膜高脱盐率与NF膜对有机污染与无机污染的耐受性强的特点，通过组合利用RO膜与NF膜，使它们的优点进行互补，从而得到清洗周期和使用寿命长、运行成本低、产水率高的浓水多级强化膜浓缩处理装备。采用RNRR多级强化膜浓缩工艺深度处理高矿化度矿井水，进行脱盐处理回用。\n</p>\n<p>&emsp;&emsp;RNRR膜浓缩装置由18支反渗透膜和6支纳滤膜组成，包含四个工段，1#RO工段为6支膜并联，2#NF工段为5支膜并联，3#RO工段为6支膜并联，4#RO工段为6支膜并联，各工段回收率60%~85%可调，根据TDS质量浓度进行调节，原水经过预处理之后进入中间水箱，然后进入膜除盐系统。通过实验，获得了不同操作压力、料液温度、料液浓度等运行参数条件下，RNRR多级强化膜浓缩工艺对高矿化度矿井水中各种盐离子的去除情况，及其对纳滤和反渗透膜的膜通量和膜污染变化情况的影响。并获得了使工艺整体的水回收率达到85%以上的各工段优化控制实验数据。此外，还获得了污染膜的清洗实验数据。数据集共包含17组数据，其中每组数据包含10-55个数据点不等，数据集完全开放共享。",

            "ds_abstract": "<p>    RNRR multi-stage enhanced membrane concentration is based on the high desalination rate of RO membrane and the strong tolerance of NF membrane to organic and inorganic pollution. By combining the advantages of RO membrane and NF membrane, they complement each other, resulting in a concentrated water multi-stage enhanced membrane concentration treatment equipment with long cleaning cycle and service life, low operating cost, and high water production rate. Adopting RNRR multi-stage enhanced membrane concentration process for deep treatment of high salinity mine water, desalination treatment and reuse.\n</p>\n<p>    The RNRR membrane concentration device consists of 18 reverse osmosis membranes and 6 nanofiltration membranes, including four sections. The 1 # RO section has 6 membranes in parallel, the 2 # NF section has 5 membranes in parallel, the 3 # RO section has 6 membranes in parallel, and the 4 # RO section has 6 membranes in parallel. The recovery rate of each section is adjustable from 60% to 85%, and it is adjusted according to the TDS mass concentration. After pretreatment, the raw water enters the intermediate water tank and then enters the membrane desalination system. Through experiments, the removal of various salt ions in highly mineralized mine water by RNRR multi-stage enhanced membrane concentration process under different operating parameters such as operating pressure, feed liquid temperature, and feed liquid concentration was obtained, as well as its effects on the membrane flux and membrane fouling changes of nanofiltration and reverse osmosis membranes. And obtained experimental data on optimizing control of each section to achieve an overall water recovery rate of over 85% in the process. In addition, experimental data on the cleaning of contaminated membranes were also obtained. The dataset contains a total of 17 sets of data, with each set containing 10-55 data points, and the dataset is fully open for sharing.</p>",
