    "ds_abstract": "<p>本数据集为1991-2000年南小河沟流域杨家沟、董庄沟及十八亩台3个蒸发量观测点的逐日水面蒸发量。蒸发量观测仪器型号为HY.AM3小型蒸发皿，口径20cm，观测精度0.1mm。每日8时观测一次，封冻期间每五日观测一次。蒸发皿的蒸发量用同规格雨量杯或专用台秤观测。蒸发皿的原状水为20mm，在前一天8时用量杯盛水20mm，注入皿中经24小时后将皿内剩水倒回量杯中，其减少量即为本日的蒸发量。</p>",

    "ds_process_way": "<p>1）如果算出蒸发量为负值，则一律记为“0.0+”。\n2）因在规定的观测时间内蒸发皿结冰，而改在不结冰的时间进行观测之日，应在蒸发量数值右侧加“B”符号。\n3）结冰期内，如果几天观测一次蒸发总量，则应将总量填记在观测之日的格内，在停止观测各日的格内填记“↓B”符号。但跨月者，应按日数的比例，算出分配到前月的蒸发量，记到该月末日格内，再以蒸发总量减前月的蒸发量，算出分配到后月的蒸发量，记到观测之日格内，两个数值均加分列符号“Φ”，其余各日均填“↓B”符号。\n4）观测资料缺测时可进行插补，但插补的时间在一旬内不得超过3天。\n5）非结冰期间，因故缺测时，如果其后开始观测日的观测值内包括全部缺测日的蒸发量，不加结冰符号。\n6）一月内有合并、分列数值者，仍当作资料齐全，月蒸发量不加括号。\n7）一月内有合并数值者，以每一合并期间的总量除以相应总日数，算出该时段的平均每日蒸发量，参加月最大、最小的挑选。如当选为最大、最小时，应加括号；如果不是这种平均值而是其他数值当选为最大、最小时，一般也应加括号；只有能判定其确为月最大、最小时，才不加括号。\n8）去冬今春的初冰、终冰日期栏填记从前一年7月1日至今年6月30日的期间里蒸发皿内第一次和最后一次结冰的日期。今冬初冰日期栏填记从今年7月1日至年末的期间里蒸发皿内第一次结冰的日期。</p>",

            "ds_abstract": "<p>This data set is the daily water surface evaporation of Yangjiagou, dongzhuanggou and 18 Mu stations in Nanxiaohegou basin from 1991 to 2000. The model of evaporation observation instrument is HY.AM3 The diameter of the dish is 20cm, and the observation accuracy is 0.1mm. It was observed at 8 o'clock every day and every five days during the freezing period. The evaporation capacity of evaporating dish is observed by rainfall cup of the same specification or special platform scale. The original water in the evaporating dish is 20 mm. At 8:00 a.m. of the previous day, the water in the cup is filled with 20 mm. After 24 hours, the remaining water in the dish is returned to the measuring cup, and the amount of reduction is the evaporation of the day. </p>",

            "ds_process_way": "<p>Precipitation observation instruments include SM1 ordinary rain gauge with a diameter of 20cm and dsj-2 siphon type self recording rain gauge. The SM1 type adopts the 8-hour and 20-hour two-stage system for annual observation. It mainly observes the start and end time of precipitation and makes statistics of precipitation. When the intermittent time of precipitation is more than 15 minutes, it is recorded as two precipitation observations before and after the interval, and when the interval time is less than 15 minutes, it is recorded as one precipitation observation. If a precipitation crosses 8 hours and 20 hours, it should be measured at 8 hours and 20 hours. Dsj-2 adopts 24 section system for flood season observation. In case of the failure of the self recording rain gauge, the observation data of the ordinary rain gauge is used for supplement. </p>",
