    "ds_abstract": "<p>本数据集为2014-2016年藏东南波密县气象观测数据，观测站布设在波密县城内。波密县位于西藏自治区东南部，地处念青唐古拉山东段和喜马拉雅山东端，北高南低，高山连绵。中部为帕龙藏布河谷和易贡藏布河谷，支流数十条，波密县受印度洋海洋性西南季风影响，印度洋暖湿气流沿雅鲁藏布江，进入帕隆藏布河和易贡藏布河，抵达念青唐古拉山脉南麓。藏东南波密县气象综合观测站详细记录降雨和气温数据，数据由布设的温度传感器和翻斗式雨量传感器测得，由smart2000F数据采集器取得原始数据，每10分钟自动采集1次，人工收集后，温度数据采用日平均数据并整理，降雨数据采用日累计数据并整理。</p>\n\n<p>站点名称：波密综合观测站，经纬度：95 °46′18,29°51′23，海拔高程：2730米，数据内容：降雨量单位为毫米（mm），气温单位为摄氏度（℃） </p>",

            "ds_abstract": "<p>This data set is the meteorological observation data of Bomi County in Southeast Tibet from 2014 to 2016, and the observation stations are located in Bomi county. Located in the southeast of Tibet Autonomous Region, Bomi county is located in the eastern section of nyainqentanglala and the eastern end of the Himalayas. It is high in the north and low in the south. The central part is the palongzangbo River Valley and the Yigong Zangbo River Valley, with dozens of tributaries. Under the influence of the Indian Ocean Marine southwest monsoon, the Indian Ocean warm and humid air flows along the Yarlung Zangbo River into the palongzangbo River and the yigongzangbo River, and reach the southern foot of the Nyainqentanglha mountains. The comprehensive meteorological observation station of Bomi County in Southeast Tibet records the rainfall and temperature data in detail. The data is measured by the temperature sensor and the tipping bucket rainfall sensor, and the original data is obtained by the smart2000f data collector, which is automatically collected every 10 minutes.
